This Overdraft Fee Look-up page is being provided so that Settlement Class Members can determine the number and amount of Overdraft Fees charged to their Banco Popular account(s) – resulting from ATM and Debit Card transactions occurring between November 14, 2009 and September 30, 2014. This page will only provide information about the number and amount of initial overdraft fees charged for ATM and Debit Card transactions (ranging in amount from $10 - $30 each), and not any “continuous” overdraft fees that may have been charged after January 25, 2012.



The data available on this look-up site was provided to the Settlement Administrator by Banco Popular.

If you dispute the number and/or amount of initial Overdraft Fees charged to your Popular accounts resulting from ATM and Debit Card transactions occurring between November 14, 2009 and September 30, 2014, based on bank statements or other documents in your possession, you can submit those documents to the Settlement Administrator (postmarked or dated on or before July 23, 2018) to the following address:

Otherwise, you agree that the Settlement Administrator may and will rely on the fee information provided on this look-up site in determining your eligibility for any payment under the Settlement Agreement.
